Q: How do I book a session?
Send us a message on WhatsApp at 876-596-4121 or email create@ferbphotography.com. We’ll confirm availability and send your booking details.
Q: How much does Airbnb or villa photography cost in Jamaica?
Prices start at JM$30,000 (about US$200) for a standard 1-2 bedroom home. Send us a message with your property details for an exact quote.
Q: How long until I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered to your custom online gallery within 5 – 7 business days.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking date. The balance is due on the day of your shoot.
Q: What happens if I need to reschedule?
Cancellations under 24 hours are charged in full. Deposits are non-refundable. 1 free reschedule is allowed; further changes may attract a fee. Weather-related reschedules incur no additional charge.
Q: What areas of Jamaica do you serve?
We’re based in Kingston and work across Jamaica, including Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Negril, Mandeville, May Pen and Portmore. Travel costs, where they apply, are confirmed upfront in your quote.
Q: Can I use my photos for ads or print marketing?
All packages include standard usage rights. Extended licensing for commercial use is available. Just let us know how you plan to use the images, and we’ll set it up.
Q: Do any locations have additional fees?
Some venues or public spaces require permits or rental fees. We’ll advise you in advance so there are no surprises.
Q: Can I get extra photos?
Yes! Additional images start at JM$3,000 each (JM$5,000 for real estate). Need 5 or more? We’ll curate a special rate for you.
Q: Do you do sky replacement and window pulls?
Yes to both. Window pulls balance a bright window view with a properly lit interior so your ocean or garden view actually shows. Sky replacements are available where an overcast day undersells an exterior.
Q: Can you photograph my property for both Airbnb and hotel booking sites?
Yes. Your images are delivered ready for use across all digital platforms – Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, your own website and social media.
